The cease of new voicebanks came in the wake of a scandal with the creator of voicebanks 'Vera' and 'Nata'. In 2017 the production of new voicebanks ceased with Marie Oaks 'Clear' and Leora having been confirmed the last voicebanks being produced for the software. It is both Microsoft Windows and MacOS compatible. The voicebank is free to download from the Alter/Ego webpage, however there is a physical copy for 20 USD. It should be used with Alter/ego engine 1.505+.
